These feel like troubled times, don’t they? Between the strange and downright odd happenings going on at the national level, the global crises that continue to occur, riots that may be happening locally, and of course, the day to day stresses and drama that continue to take place, it’s easy to find yourself getting off balance emotionally and spiritually. It’s easy to feel drained, saddened, angered, frustrated, and so much more. And while it’s important to truly feel these emotions as they come up and honor these feelings, it is also important to not linger and wallow in these emotions needlessly.
