Here we are in the heart of spring. Have you been able to go outside and witness nature’s abundance as life blossoms and grows? It’s almost hard to remember that just a few weeks and months ago, things were so dark and quiet and dormant, right? No matter where you are, I invite you to take an extra 10 minutes sometime this week to go outside and sit with nature. Find a tree to sit under. Go to the park and watch the birds and squirrels move along. Take a neighborhood stroll and look at the flowers adorning people’s yards. Simply find the time to appreciate the world as it naturally creates more out of its abundance and breathe all of that fresh air in.
This generation of so much that is new is the theme we’ll be working on this week. Carnelian brings with it a fiery inspiration, passion, and zest for beauty. What a wonderful crystal energy to tap into whenever there is an idea in your head that wants to be created, a project that needs to move toward completion, or an opportunity or space that wants to be enhanced with joy and beauty. No matter what matters you need to attend to this week, approach each with the mindset of moving through the process with open creativity.
Remember, nothing is ever the same as it was even a few seconds ago. Life is continually evolving, changing, shifting, growing. Think of each moment as a chance to birth something new and beautiful. In keeping with that mindset, the old and stagnant, the comfortable and routine all fall away and you are left facing the world with a freshness that may have been lacking previously. Life is too short to feel settled and complacent. Remember your goals for the year? For your life? Maybe now is a time to take a look at those and see where you are in your progress toward obtaining those. Course correct if needed, but keep creating your life the way you want to live it. And if you need any support or encouragement, I am only an email away.
