All right friends, I have an unusual request for you today. I’m letting my creative side have fun and am working on another project. It’s a book that I’m hoping to launch next month, March 9. It’s meant for caregivers (or anyone) who are stressed and burnt out and needing to find balance in life again (this coming from someone who’s experienced way too many burnout sessions over the years). I’m already four chapters in writing it but want some feedback on some possible titles so far. Working titles are:
A) Remembering to Breathe: 5 Easy Exercises to Reduce Stress and Instantly Reclaim Balance in Your Life
B) Remembering to Breathe: 5 Easy Exercises to Reduce Stress and Instantly Increase Productivity
I’d like to add holistic somewhere in there but then it seems like it’s getting to be too long. Thoughts? Ideas? Clear? Make sense? Not really? I’m really doing this for fun although I do want it to help people. Help, please! And thank you!
