We’re getting a lot of red today, but I’m not getting the sense that we’re talking about a fiery red, a red that sparks and ignites. We’re dealing more with a smoldering red, something that maintains its heat and gives off a quiet light. This kind of fueled light and warmth isn’t necessarily obvious, but it’s always there, steadily burning.
I’m getting also that red is reminding us of our own personal life force, the steady beating of the heart as it helps to circulate blood throughout our bodies. The actions of the heart are what enable us to live, grow, and regenerate while at the same time allowing us to remove toxins and waste from the system for elimination. The heart’s actions allow the body to change and adapt, even in cells that are not necessarily directly in contact with blood itself. It’s a bit of the butterfly effect here then, where the actions of one organ influence all components of the body either directly or indirectly.
Let the flash of the Red Tiger’s Eye remind you of that spark inside. Tap into its smoldering heat to add to your own fire. This will be especially useful if you have any projects that need tending as it stimulates and supports motivation as well as grounds all of that energy for you so you remain rooted in your path.
In staying rooted and grounded, the red border of today’s card is reminding us that we are supported. My lower back was giving tingle as I thought about its message, so that confirms that. There is a sense of comfort and ease for today that will allow you to continue on and accomplish your daily tasks in a way that perhaps evokes some kind of familiarity to it without being exactly routine so that you’re on auto-pilot. The energy is there to more give you a sense of stability to what can typically be a day full of stress.
So take comfort in the knowing you are supported, that you are doing exactly what you need to be doing, and that you’re exactly where you are meant to be in the moment. Do what you need to do to change things if you have some goal or destination you’d like to reach, but remember to stay present to experience today’s gifts and miracles as well.
