Are you ready to go back to your root, back to your instincts, back to what makes you happy?
Red Tiger’s Eye, also known as Dragon’s Eye, is a stimulating stone that overcomes lethargy and provides motivation. This stone is completely grounding, its fiery red color connected strongly with our root chakra and earth, which helps to provide stability and basic support for our energy systems. It helps support vitality and passion, self-confidence and willpower. Actually, it’s a big powerhouse of a stone in general.
Combined with today’s card, the first word that had come to mind even before I saw the title was “Ecstasy.” I typically pull the stone prior to the card, so the image and stone are all about igniting that fire within. What sparks you? What drives you?
Or, if that’s been lacking for you as of late, where are you feeling lack of support and balance? How can earth energy, dragon energy, and/or your guides help to remind you that you are fully supported in this time? And once knowing that, how can they aid in creating that spark within you?
Take a piece of paper and without thinking too hard, write down the first five things that truly inspire you.
After that, write down a list of five things that make you truly ecstatic.
For five minutes or so after that, I invite you to close your eyes and immerse yourself deep in that feeling of inspiration and deep in the feeling of ecstasy. If the two lists weren’t the same, see if you can combine items to bring an even richer experience to your meditation. If not, no worries. Go as long as you can and don’t stop at five minutes if this feels deliciously wonderful. Or, if you must take a break, come back to this a few more times over the course of the day.
For bonus points and a gold star, go ahead and actually participate in one (or more) of the items on your inspiration and/or ecstasy list. If you haven’t figured out already, today is all about you – enjoying you, and immersing yourself fully into today’s life experience. No more theoretical talk. Let’s go do this and live the life inspired we always talk about but often forget to follow.
