In continuing our exploration of mindfulness this month, my guides wanted to share about the idea of taking on other people’s stuff as our own. Most of the time, that shows up as putting others’ needs ahead of your own. It also includes taking on other people’s ideas and beliefs without thought and question, taking their word as truth before validating it in any way.
In the audio below, you will hear why taking on other people’s stuff isn’t in your best interest or theirs either. You will also learn how you can use breath (once again!) to help you stay tuned into what’s right for you or not. It’s short, simple, but worth listening to periodically for the big picture reminder from the higher ups.
