What sparks joy for you?
No, this isn’t a suggestion for you to watch or read or follow Marie Kondo and throw everything out that doesn’t bring you joy (though I will admit that I adore her and have been following her methods of releasing since before she was really big).
But I do want to know if you can come up with a solid five things that make you so completely, over the top happy without any qualifications. What do I mean by that? Something that makes you so happy and joyful that your heart feels like it’s going to burst from your chest and yet you find yourself just silently cherishing the moment. That kind of feeling.
For me, those heart-full moments come when I’m connecting, sharing a quiet moment with a loved one, simply being with one another without having anything to necessarily act as a “filler” for the time. Sitting on a beach and watching the waves move in and out stirs my heart, as does listening to certain musical pieces.
The joy I bring up is something that I want you to cultivate for yourself and prioritize this month. In the examples I shared with you, I hope you can notice how these moments in time can both elevate the mood and energy while yet also act as super grounding moments, restoring ourselves to a happy, neutral self.
Orange aqua aura quartz is acting as the catalyzing point for how the energy wants to build and grow for you this month. In focusing on cultivating joy, you will naturally become more grounded and stable (perhaps an odd concept, but that’s what red jasper is helping with for you now) and help your heart energy flourish in turn (peridot).
Listen, the world around can act as a mirror for what’s happening inside you. This recognition can be a powerful tool to help you on your journey, wherever it is taking you. Naturally then, you can focus on the good and bringing more of that up and out, or you can not. I’m not saying ignore the bad, but look at it, see what it’s mirroring inside of you so you can address it and let it go. (Just in time for spring cleaning, no?)
In letting go, you can move on to bigger and better things, things that will bring more and more joy to you.
And that can never be a bad thing.
